What's the difference between the ST1700 and the ST2200? Which one should I pick?

Same series, same features, different length. The ST1700 is 67" long (28"W x 43"H), good for seated sessions or smaller users. The ST2200 is 89" long, so you can lie down fully stretched. Sit mostly or short on space, pick the ST1700. Want to lie flat, pick the ST2200.

What power supply does it need?

A standard household outlet is enough. Supports 110V or 220V depending on your country, and we confirm the voltage before shipping. No special wiring needed.

How durable is the TPU fabric over years of use?

Same TPU grade as the rest of our soft line, pressure-tested and flame-retardant. With normal use it lasts for years. The main wear items are filters and seals, which are cheap to replace.

Which one is better cotton or nylon?

Cotton is softer and skin-friendly, nylon is more durable and stain-resistant. Choose according to your needs.

How loud is it when running?

Under 45 dB, about as loud as a quiet conversation. It will not disturb family or neighbors.

Is it heavy? Can one person handle it alone?

About 13 to 14 kg, and the internal frame keeps its shape even when deflated. One person can set it up, operate it, and store it without help.

What equipment do I need to run it?

Three supporting machines come with the system: an air compressor, an oxygen concentrator (93% oxygen), and an air cooler. Supplied as a complete set, nothing to source separately.
