Three months ago, MACY-PAN joined hands with Xinyao Village - a local village in Shihudang Town, where MACY PAN is located, and embarked on a journey of “Village-Enterprise Cooperation for Shared Revitalization.” Today, we revisited Xinyao Village to inspect the progress of the renovation project on-site, and the transformation is truly impressive!
Since the launch of the collaborative initiative between MACY-PAN and Xinyao Village March 2026, both parties have focused on accurately addressing residents’ needs while working together to improve infrastructure and enhance the local living environment. Now, the Xinyao Village community leisure area supported by MACY-PAN has undergone three months of careful renovation and is about to be officially completed!
As a company dedicated to the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber industry, MACY PAN have always remained committed to fulfilling our corporate social responsibility. With gratitude and a strong sense of purpose, we strive to give back to society by integrating our resources with the needs of rural community development. The enhancement and renovation of Grid Area 41 of Xinyao Village was therefore identified as a key co-construction project, aimed at creating a multifunctional space for leisure, community discussion, and self-governance services.
A delegation from MACY-PAN visited the renovation site in Xinyao Village to conduct a final inspection and witness firsthand the transformation of this previously underutilized area.
Before the renovation, the site was a cluttered and neglected corner lacking functionality. With limited facilities and a poor environment, it was unable to meet villagers’ daily needs for rest, social interaction, and community discussions.
During the renovation process, we adhered to the principles of “practicality, convenience, simplicity, and warmth.” Through careful space planning, improved infrastructure, and enhanced landscape design, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to balance functionality and comfort. The renovated area preserves the rustic charm of the countryside while incorporating people-centered community services.
Once completed, it will become an ideal gathering place where residents can relax, exercise, chat with neighbors, and participate in community discussions.
This collaboration is a vivid example of the joint efforts between MACY-PAN and Xinyao Village to serve the community and improve residents’ well-being. It also demonstrates the company's proactive involvement in grassroots development and its commitment to social responsibility.
Looking ahead, MACY-PAN will continue to leverage this partnership as an opportunity to maximize its resource advantages and contribute to improving living environments, empowering community services, and supporting grassroots development.
