Three months ago, MACY-PAN and its local neighbour – Xinyao Village of Shihudang Town, Songjiang District, officially established a pairing and co-construction relationship, jointly embarking on a new journey of “Village-Enterprise Unity, Jointly Promoting Revitalization.”
To continuously advance the implementation of co-construction projects and smooth the normalized communication channels between government and enterprise, as well as village and enterprise, on the afternoon of the 30th, a delegation led by Ms. Shen, Deputy Mayor of Shihudang Town, Songjiang District, visited MACY-PAN for research and communication.
On the afternoon of March 11, 2026, in front of a small courtyard in Xinyao Village, Rank Yin, sales manager from MACY-PAN and the Secretary of Xinyao Village shook hands firmly, jointly opening a new chapter of village-enterprise co-construction. As a national high-tech enterprise in Shanghai and a “Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative” SME in Shanghai, MACY-PAN has deeply cultivated the field of hyperbaric oxygen chambers for nearly 20 years, with products exported to more than 120 countries and regions worldwide. By entering Xinyao Village this time, the company hopes to bring health concepts and corporate responsibility to every corner of the countryside.
According to the co-construction agreement, MACY-PAN has claimed the “Gathering Public Opinion, Deliberating All the Way” micro-governance item of Xinyao Village and will carry out a comprehensive upgrade and transformation of the space within Grid 41 of Xinyao Village. This place will undergo a brand-new transformation – becoming a rest station to provide a warm corner for passing villagers to shelter from the wind and rain, rest, and chat; becoming a platform for deliberation, allowing villagers to participate in village affairs and speak freely at their doorstep; and becoming a front for discussion and leisure, making after dinner time warmer and more human touch.
It is worth mentioning that this pairing between MACY-PAN and Xinyao Village is not the company’s first “Village-Enterprise Handshake.” Previously, MACY-PAN had successively claimed the “Happiness from the Source” micro-governance project of Xinyuan Village and the “Five Colors Paving the Most Beautiful One Kilometer” micro-governance project of Xinzhong Village. By transforming and reusing waste items, creating colorful creative spots for all seasons, and building five-color walking paths, the company has continuously injected vitality into the rural construction of Shihudang Town, making the local community happier and more beautiful.
Ms. Shen and Delegations of Xinyao village’s visit not only reflects the government’s high regard for the village-enterprise pairing and co-construction work but also highlights the cooperation concept of “the government setting the stage, villages and enterprises performing, and multiple parties winning together.”
During the visit, both parties reviewed the progress of the co-construction projects over the past three months, understood the latest progress of the space transformation in Grid 41 on-site, and conducted in-depth exchanges on deepening cooperation in the next step. What is “paired” is true emotion; what is “constructed” is the future. This pairing and co-construction is not only a practice of the enterprise giving back to society but also a beneficial exploration of rural revitalization under the guidance of co-construction.
During the visiting process, Xinyao village’s delegation also personally experienced MACY-PAN HE5000 Multiplace hyperbaric chamber product.
